S.P.A. Membership Terms & Code of Conduct

Before joining Super Power Alliance Pvt. Ltd., each member must read and accept the following terms. This ensures a trusted, transparent and high-impact networking environment.

General Terms

  • Independent Business Platform
    S.P.A. is a referral exchange platform for entrepreneurs. Members are fully responsible for their own business transactions.
  • Transaction Disclaimer
    S.P.A. holds no liability for delays, losses or disputes arising from any transaction. All dealings are done at member’s own risk.
  • Membership Fee Policy
    The membership charges are inclusive of S.P.A. registration charges. Venue charges for the fortnightly business meetings and special events are charged separately and are not included in the membership fees.
  • Franchise Independence
    S.P.A. Memberships are managed solely by Super Power Alliance Pvt. Ltd., not its franchisee partners.

Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct

  • Zero Tolerance on Misuse
    Spamming, MLM promotions, or data abuse will result in immediate removal from all platforms.
  • Respectful Conduct Required
    Misbehaviour or harassment of any kind—mental, physical, or sexual—will result in expulsion, with legal proceedings held under Mumbai jurisdiction.
  • Unethical Practices
    Any unfair conduct will result in termination by Head Office.

Refund, Delivery & Support Policies

  • No Refund/Transfer Policy
    S.P.A. Membership fee is to be paid in advance and is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Welcome Kit Delivery     
    If undelivered, kits must be collected from the S.P.A. Head Office.

Member Mindset

  • Join with a giver’s mindset, not with immediate expectations. Focus on building long-term, trust-based networks to see results.

Attendance & Meeting Policies

  • Fortnightly Meet Attendance
    Attendance is mandatory. If unable to attend, a substitute must be sent. Missing 2 meetings in six months without substitute may open your business category.
  • Venue Fee Policy
    Charged quarterly in advance—applicable even if the member or substitute does not attend the meeting.
  • Presentation Timings
    1-minute business presentation and 8-minutes feature presentation slots must conclude within the time limit.

Business Conduct & Culture

  • Promote One Profile Only
    Only the registered business category is to be promoted. Promoting other ventures is prohibited.
  • Support Without Expectations
    Members should support each other without demanding discounts or commissions.
  • Business Tools
    Always carry your S.P.A. ID card, Business cards, diary, and pen. Maintain professional attire with formal blazers.
  • Dress Code
    Men – Formal Shirt & Trousers, Women – Formal saree or Formal Dress.
  • Respectful Connection Timings
    Connect during business hours and for business purposes only.

Engagement & Growth Policies

  • One-to-Ones & Know Your Collegue (KYC) Form
    Regular one-to-one interactions are encouraged. Filling the KYC form is mandatory.
  • No Selling, Only Promoting
    Members should not hard-sell but instead act as promoters and connectors.
  • Flash of the Day (F.O.D.)
    Sharing F.O.D. daily is compulsory. Missing your turn leads to temporary suspension from F.O.D. promotions.
  • Visitors & Business
    Business should be shared with registered members only—not visitors.

Expansion, Events & Trainings

  • Growth & Bonding Meets
    Participate in monthly Growth Meets (Online) and Bonding Meets (Offline) for team trust and referrals.
  • Training Sessions
    Engage in SCOT, OMG videos, and Wednesday WOW sessions for business skill enhancement.
  • Business Exhibitions
    Leverage public showcases to promote your offerings to a broader audience via free-entry events.
  • Participation in Initiatives
    Attend conclaves, bonding events, exhibitions, and training programs for higher visibility and self-upgrade.

Legal & Compliance

  • Data & Platform Trust
    Leaking internal data or inviting members to rival platforms is a breach of trust and will lead to termination.
  • Ethics Policy
    This community thrives on trust, transparency, and ethics. False claims or data will not be tolerated.
  • Transaction Policy
    All deals are made at members’ discretion. S.P.A. is not liable for the outcome of any transaction.

Final Declaration

By joining Super Power Alliance Pvt. Ltd., you confirm that all the above policies have been clearly explained to you by an official member of the mentorship team, and you willingly accept all the stated terms, conditions, and responsibilities.
